Thirty-five copies, numbered by hand in the order they were reserved. A photograph on the front of every page and a story typed on the back of it, on a typewriter carried to the corner of Hollywood and Vine and scanned as the pages came out of it, strike-throughs and all. Black and white film, Los Angeles, the last two years; it starts with strangers and ends close to home.
